Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Design and oversee the implementation of system architectures compliant with Year 2026 standards, focusing on AI integration and scalability.
- AI Integration: Lead the technical strategy for integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics into core business workflows.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of 8+ senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure data sovereignty in decentralized environments.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-resistant cryptography) to prepare for future market shifts.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in system architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Java, and modern cloud-native frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record implementing AI/ML pipelines using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or LangChain.
- Futurism: Strong understanding of emerging tech trends, including Web3 and Quantum Computing fundamentals.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
