- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning and technology roadmaps
- Lead innovation workshops with stakeholders to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Author high-impact trend reports and executive briefings influencing multi-million dollar investment decisions
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-facing insights into development lifecycles
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track progress against strategic milestones
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong command of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Track record of implementing strategic initiatives with measurable business impact
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS) preferred
