Responsibilities

- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market research in emerging tech domains
- Design governance frameworks for responsible innovation and ethical tech adoption
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in translating complex tech concepts into business value
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, blockchain, or biotech integration
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting (preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and risk mitigation for disruptive technologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
