Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives bridging R&D, product, and business teams
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform technology adoption decisions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with technology partners and research institutions
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory developments affecting future innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling
- Certification in strategic innovation management (e.g., CSM, TOGAF) preferred
