- Mentor next-gen engineers in emerging tech ethics and implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record in deploying production-level AI/quantum systems
- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic computing, or sustainable tech
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants or venture capital
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 infrastructure and zero-knowledge proofs
