- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps and innovation frameworks to C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing technology adoption initiatives
- Analyze global tech disruptions to inform strategic pivots
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic technologies to market
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, IoT)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology innovation (e.g., CDIO)
