Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps and innovation frameworks aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption potential
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and digital sovereignty
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into commercial offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, advanced AI, AR/VR, or synthetic biology)
- Strong background in ethical technology frameworks and responsible innovation
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
