- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions with measurable impact

- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT)
- Experience developing 5-10 year technology roadmaps
- Strong background in ESG tech frameworks and sustainable innovation
- Executive presence with exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
