Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligning with market trends and business objectives for 2026+
- Lead research initiatives in emerging technologies (quantum AI, biotech integration, decentralized systems)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Monitor global tech developments and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for R&D projects
- Mentor cross-functional teams in technology adoption and implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or sustainable tech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
