Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and investor committees
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Author thought leadership publications and patent disclosures for future technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning with 3+ years in emerging technologies or futures research
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive tech initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF)
