Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and regulatory shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen systems (quantum, AR/VR, bio-integrated tech)
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and autonomous system oversight
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) for competitive advantage
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and C-level executives
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Proven track record in scaling quantum/AI initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Certifications in Quantum Computing (IBM Q) and AI Ethics (IEEE)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on tech convergence topics
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (NIST AI, EU AI Act)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
