Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap by analyzing emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-generation digital solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies with commercial potential
- Develop strategic frameworks for technology adoption and competitive differentiation
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with R&D to validate technical feasibility of future concepts
- Establish KPIs to measure long-term technology impact on business outcomes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Experience translating technical concepts into business strategy
- Strong analytical skills with ability to forecast market disruptions
- Executive presence for presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
