Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end development of the company's technology vision for the year 2026, aligning it with long-term business objectives.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Monitor global technology trends, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Computing, and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate future technologies before they hit the mainstream market.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts and strategic visions to the C-suite and board of directors in a clear, compelling manner.
- Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitor technology roadmaps to identify gaps and opportunities for market disruption.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in strategic technology planning, executive consulting, or a senior product leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying emerging technologies and influencing organizational strategy based on future trends.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of current and upcoming tech stacks (AI/ML, Blockchain, IoT) and their potential business applications.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, including technical teams and non-technical executives.
