Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping disruptive solutions with agile methodologies
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging market opportunities
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on future-proofing initiatives
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Partner with academic institutions and startups to pioneer breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record scaling tech products from concept to market leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex visions into actionable plans
- Experience managing remote global teams across 3+ time zones
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies (e.g., HBR, MIT Sloan)
