Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and market disruptions to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks integrating AI, biotech, and renewable energy convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Present foresight reports to executive stakeholders with data-backed scenarios
- Partner with R&D to align long-term R&D priorities with market evolution
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and academic thought leaders
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and scaling strategies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record in translating foresight into commercial roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
