- Present scenario analyses and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology roadmapping
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools and foresight methodologies
