As a cornerstone of our innovation division, you'll work alongside quantum computing researchers, bio-engineers, and AI ethicists to develop frameworks that redefine technological possibilities. Your insights will directly influence $2B+ in R&D investments across healthcare, logistics, and climate tech sectors.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation strategies
- Partner with C-suite executives to align emerging tech investments with business objectives
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies and their market implications
- Manage a portfolio of innovation pilots with $5M+ annual budgets
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience managing cross-disciplinary teams of engineers and researchers
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
