Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for product roadmaps and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and commercial teams
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Drive innovation culture through internal workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with tech focus
- Proven track record of forecasting tech disruption (examples: AR/VR, blockchain)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., ACBS or WFS preferred)
