- Lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize and prototype next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, bio-tech)
- Develop patentable frameworks for emerging technology integration and ethical implementation
- Present visionary insights to C-suite stakeholders and external industry forums
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and disruptor startups
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic factors influencing tech adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology disruption
- Strong proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, horizon scanning)
