Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex future scenarios
- Experience leading cross-geographic innovation teams
- Certification in Futures methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP) strongly preferred
