Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop 5-year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in incubating prototype ventures and moonshot projects
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging technology hubs
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory developments impacting future industries
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or ventures
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, Technology, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic pivots
- Published thought leadership on future trends (preferred)
- Proficiency in foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
