Responsibilities

- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend synthesis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 market demands
- Author visionary whitepapers and executive briefings translating complex futures into clear priorities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to amplify foresight capabilities
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures for diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks for 2025+
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams in global innovation initiatives
