- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with R&D, product, and investment teams
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Translate complex foresight insights into product roadmaps and business development strategies
- Pioneer Horizon's annual 'Future State' publication predicting industry transformations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Proven ability to develop scenario planning frameworks for 5-10 year horizons
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Trend Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic influence on future-oriented initiatives
