This role sits at the intersection of foresight, technology, and business strategy, requiring both analytical rigor and creative vision.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology foresight strategies aligning with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for climate tech and human augmentation
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotechnology, neurotech, and decentralized systems
- Translate complex technological concepts into actionable business roadmaps for executive leadership
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and influence product development cycles
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting tech adoption timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing strategic roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems scenarios
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or strategic foresight
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and futures research methodologies
