Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year product roadmaps integrating emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, futurists, and behavioral scientists
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive innovations across 15+ industries
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Secure partnerships with DARPA and global innovation labs
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board of directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product strategy with proven track record in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least 3 of: quantum computing, biotechnology, AR/VR, or nanotech
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or innovation forecasting
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global partnerships
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ futuristic product launches
