- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead R&D initiatives and pilot programs focused on AI, quantum computing, and next-gen digital infrastructure.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, board members, and external partners to align 2026 strategies with organizational goals and profitability.
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performance team of futurists, data scientists, and strategic planners.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses of global tech landscapes to forecast disruptions and opportunities.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize budget and resources to ensure the successful execution of long-term strategic projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in strategic technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
