Responsibilities

- Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies, market shifts, and consumer behaviors to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering, marketing, and product teams on the 2026 roadmap.
- Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of future initiatives and adjust course as needed.
- Oversee the creation of thought leadership content positioning the company as a leader in 2026 trends.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or futurism.
- Proven track record of leading organizational change and managing large-scale strategic initiatives.
- Deep understanding of AI, automation, and sustainable tech trends relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Economics, or a related field is preferred.
