Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing) to identify high-impact investment areas.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate high-level vision into operational goals for engineering, product, and sales teams.
- Assess market risks and opportunities, providing executive leadership with data-driven scenarios for the future landscape.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners and thought leaders to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Deep understanding of current and future tech trends, including SaaS, cloud infrastructure, and AI.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
