Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Lead the creation of a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with our business goals and anticipates market shifts in the next 2-3 years.
- Pilot Emerging Technologies: Identify, evaluate, and prototype breakthrough technologies (e.g., AI agents, edge computing) to determine their viability for integration.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives, engineering leads, and product managers to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Future-Proof Infrastructure: Oversee the modernization of legacy systems, ensuring our architecture is scalable, secure, and resilient against future threats.
- Innovation Labs Management: Direct our internal R&D initiatives and incubator programs focused on disruptive solutions.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning role.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture, and Blockchain technologies.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and executing long-term technology roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or AWS/Azure certifications are a plus.
