Responsibilities
- Execute the full lifecycle of technical recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing top-tier candidates.
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and technical elements for search engines.
- Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure pipeline efficiency.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance data to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Technical Recruiting.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and ATS software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
