Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues using CRM systems and troubleshooting tools
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk
- Collaborate with tech teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT >95%)
- Participate in weekly product training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Ability to type 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends on rotating schedule
- Valid Washington state driver's license (for occasional field support)
