Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in tech industry
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Available for immediate start and on-site work
- Strong typing speed (40+ WPM) and multitasking skills
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
