Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic customer success plans to maximize retention and growth
- Act as primary point of contact for high-value enterprise clients

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or SaaS support
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot preferred)
- Data-driven decision-making with analytical mindset
- Experience with customer onboarding and lifecycle management
