About the Role:

Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain the organization's local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN).
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to ensure system integrity and data protection.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the IT helpdesk ticketing system.
- Conduct regular system health checks and perform preventative maintenance.
- Train junior staff and conduct basic IT workshops for end-users.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with non-technical staff.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is a plus.
