Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on rapid resolution and satisfaction.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and product support to internal and external clients.
- Collaborate with the logistics and production teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions and support tickets in the CRM system.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and propose solutions to improve service quality.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols during daily operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or manufacturing support is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions simply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
