- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Stay updated on company policies and product knowledge to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Proficiency in using computers and standard software applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation required for on-site shifts.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
