- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across digital products

- Conduct stakeholder presentations and gather feedback to iterate on design solutions
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence
- Analyze user behavior data to identify opportunities for experience optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex B2B applications
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles
- Experience conducting user research including interviews, surveys, and journey mapping
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Portfolio showcasing design process and measurable impact on user engagement
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
