Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and implement solutions
- Document all interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex cases
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends
- Train new hires on support protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic computer literacy (Windows/Mac proficiency)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Customer service experience (1+ years preferred)
- Valid driver's license (for field support roles)
- Certifications (A+, CompTIA) a plus
