Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone and email.
  • Manage and resolve incoming IT service tickets within established SLA guidelines.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software updates across the organization.
