Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone and email.
- Manage and resolve incoming IT service tickets within established SLA guidelines.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software updates across the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to improve system performance and user experience.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical role.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems (10/11) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
