Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming IT helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
- Perform system maintenance, updates, and security configurations.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and peripherals.
- Document technical procedures and maintain a knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the network team to ensure infrastructure integrity.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- CompTIA A+ Certification preferred.
- Proven experience in a Helpdesk or Technical Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
