Responsibilities
- Manage daily communication with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new customers to familiarize them with our platform.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive retention.
- Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to address client feedback.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be located in or willing to commute to Cleveland, OH.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A positive, solution-oriented attitude with a desire to learn.
- Reliable internet connection for remote work capabilities.
