We are looking for a visionary Lead AI Architect to spearhead the technical infrastructure for our flagship product launching in 2026. At Nexus Horizon Labs, we are building the next generation of autonomous systems, and you will be the architect of the core technology that powers them.
In this high-impact role, you will translate cutting-edge research into scalable, production-ready solutions. You will define the technical strategy for our AI stack, ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end AI/ML systems optimized for high-scale deployment and real-time processing.
- Lead the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, bridging the gap between theoretical research and engineering implementation.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies, including Large Language Models, Quantum Computing, and Neural Interfaces.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Define and enforce best practices for data governance, model training pipelines, and MLOps infrastructure.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party AI APIs and open-source frameworks to enhance system capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a specific focus on AI/ML architectures.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects from conception to production deployment.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and related deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI deployment practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
