Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design robust AI infrastructure capable of scaling to enterprise-level demands while anticipating the hardware and software shifts of 2026.
- Lead Strategic Innovation: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration, focusing on Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement frameworks ensuring AI transparency, bias reduction, and compliance with evolving global regulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and data science teams to translate complex technical requirements into actionable roadmaps.
- Prototype & Deploy: Spearhead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI agents and machine learning models in production environments.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior and senior engineers alike.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Generative AI: Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning techniques.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems and high-concurrency applications.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and drive projects from concept to completion.
