We are moving beyond traditional AI. Our 2026 initiative focuses on quantum-ready algorithms, real-time emotion recognition, and autonomous decision-making frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation neural network models optimized for 2026 hardware standards.
- Lead technical strategy for the "2026 Horizon" project, ensuring scalability and ethical AI compliance.
- Oversee the integration of generative AI into core product ecosystems.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate futuristic concepts into executable engineering roadmaps.
- Mentor senior engineers and drive a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is highly preferred.
