Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of high-level system architectures focused on quantum-enhanced AI and 2026 software standards.
- Technology Roadmap: Define the technical strategy for the 2026 transition, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our core stack.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, quantum physicists, and software engineers to ensure seamless integration of novel algorithms.
- System Optimization: Continuously refactor and optimize legacy systems to meet the performance requirements of next-generation applications.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the AI or Quantum sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PyTorch Quantum).
- Future-Proofing: Strong ability to anticipate technological trends and design systems that are adaptable to the 2026 landscape.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems using innovative architectural patterns.
