Responsibilities
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the design and implementation of advanced neural networks and AI models focused on scalability and real-time processing.
- Architectural Vision: Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 roadmap, ensuring our infrastructure can support future growth and innovation.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, curiosity, and collaboration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex research concepts into actionable product features.
- Paper to Production: Bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade code, optimizing algorithms for speed and accuracy.
- Ethical AI Advocacy: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and bias mitigation protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning research or software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and derive innovative solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
