Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term AI vision for 2026, identifying emerging trends in Generative AI and Quantum Computing.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of top-tier engineers and data scientists in developing proprietary algorithms and models.
- Technical Architecture: Design robust, scalable systems architecture that integrates seamlessly with legacy infrastructure while pushing boundaries.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for high-stakes projects.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and manage internal innovation labs to prototype and validate future-forward technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
