Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic technical planning to align our infrastructure with long-term business goals and emerging market trends.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance system architectures for our core products.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development initiatives, evaluating new technologies such as AI, Quantum Computing, and Web3 to drive innovation.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of technical excellence, mentoring senior engineers and guiding the development of junior talent.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to industry best practices, regulatory standards, and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Emerging Tech: Demonstrated experience or keen interest in emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 vision, such as Generative AI, Blockchain, or Edge Computing.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems and driving technical decisions in fast-paced environments.
