The Role:
As the Lead Architect for our 2026 roadmap, you will be responsible for the architectural vision and technical standards of our flagship platforms. You will lead a team of senior engineers and ensure that our technology stack is scalable, secure, and future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define the technology strategy and architectural vision for the 2026 release cycle and beyond.
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, high-performance microservices architecture capable of handling next-gen AI workloads.
- Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (Web3, Edge Computing, Generative AI) to determine feasibility for the 2026 product suite.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior software engineers, conducting code reviews and architectural discussions to ensure best practices.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security frameworks to protect user data and ensure compliance with evolving global regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and software engineering.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, and Cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning infrastructure and data pipelines.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex technical transformations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
