- Identify and analyze emerging technology trends, market shifts, and societal disruptions through 2026+
- Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps for next-gen product development and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional teams including AI researchers, quantum engineers, and UX designers
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish innovation frameworks to accelerate R&D cycles and reduce time-to-market
- Collaborate with venture partners to scout and integrate breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism leadership roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of developing and executing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting complex concepts to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field required
- Certification in Futurism or Strategic Foresight preferred
